I am expecting a litter March 5, so it seems like we will have about the same time. I have also been waiting for months on my girl. Fingers crossed that everything works out fine.
I was lucky enough to be selected to have two golden pups last week and will be picking them both up on Sunday 7th February.
I was going some more research when i came across your lovely website and i must say particularly enjoyed 'its just a dog'. A lot of people have told my fiancée and i that the pups (and grown up dogs) will be a tie but we both cannot wait for our 'boys' to be home with us.
I was wondering if you would give me the benefit of your experience to let me know what are the benefits and challenges around having two pups from the same litter?
Would be great to hear from you all the same. Its great to hear someone who is so clearly passionate for their dogs and the breed in general.
hiya carol, hope you and the dogs are all ok, the website looks very good and it is nice to see all the other puppies looking so well. ellie is doing great she is very well behaved now all the hard work and training has paid off. We will email you some more picture of her in the snow pleased to see her picture on the website as well.
many thanks linda and family.
Hi Carol,
Remember me - I had one of Lucy's pups, Bramble. Sadly she was put to sleep 3 weeks ago having reached the age of 14yrs and 2mths. It was hard to say goodbye, and I miss her desperately, but it was time to let her go as the problems of old age just became too much for her.
I've just come across your website - great to see you have goldens again. I'd love to see your beautiful dogs sometime, and have a chat with you. I'm sure I'll be looking for another golden in the not too distant future!
Hope you and your dogs are fine. Here everything is OK, but I miss the summer. I am planning to go to UK next year again, maybe we can meet. Do you live far from Ruth, Amilone? Pls check the link to me, it is not working I think. Have a lovely autumn!!! I am going to two shows next weekend, fingers crossed.
Puppy Finn (Daisy/Seamus) is the best dog in the world, clever, loving, funny and a pleasure to have as part of our family. Thank-u Carol for blessing us with him, even if he is growing up WAY too fast!! We get comments everywhere we go with him! Thanks again :) xx

Thank Carol from having Daisy so I could be lucky enough to have one of her beautiful puppies. You are fantasticly caring person who I feel honoured to know.
Hi Carol
Great new website, well done! Just discovered that Merlin's best friend and walking companion is Skye's litter sister. Now I know why they have such fun together!
Best wishes
Jo
I know I am very biased, (after all Carol did me the great honour of becoming my wife 2 months ago,)but the poem "Just a Dog "which I came across a few months ago was read out by her brother at our wedding. It describes Carols love of dogs and what they mean to her so perfectly. It also gave the structure for my bridegroom speech entitled "Just a Wife ".Good luck darling you deserve it
Just visited your site and admired your lovely goldies. I particularly like 'Its just a dog'. How very true and apt. Non doggy people do not realise just how much our furry friends mean to us. Please let me know if you are having any more litters in the future.
I'm so glad I found Flaxengold - without you we wouldn't have our wonderful Poppy - a credit to you all. Carol is a fantastic breeder, and hopefully a friend for a long time to come. In a few years time I would love to follow in your footsteps and become a successful Golden Retriever breeder.
